The JKL CRM-12 Rotary Sample Collector is an automatic equipment unit engineered for the reception, indexed distribution, and sequential storage of samples originating from primary and/or secondary sampling systems in mineral processing plants, port terminals, and mining operations. Its rotary configuration ensures proper sample segregation, preventing cross-contamination while maintaining full operational traceability.

1. Operating Principle

The JKL CRM-12 operates by means of a motor-driven rotary indexing table that positions each container precisely beneath the sample discharge chute.

The system allows:

  • Full synchronization with the overall sampling system

Rotational movement is driven by an industrial continuous-duty gearmotor, incorporating a precision positioning mechanism and confirmation sensors for indexed alignment.
