In this project, we developed and implemented the JKL Compact DRC 5 kg Carousel Laboratory Divider for our client ARIS MINING SEGOVIA, a piece of equipment designed to optimize sample division with a high level of precision and reliability.

The divider is made of stainless steel, both in the carousel and in the feed belt, which guarantees resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning in laboratory processes.

Its hopper has a capacity of 5 liters, distributing the material into 12 divisions with a precision level of 99%. The system incorporates variable speed drives, gear motors, a rotating carousel, and a feed belt, all made of stainless steel, with an adjustable rotation speed that adapts to different types of material and laboratory needs.

With this equipment, ARIS MINING has a practical and reliable solution to ensure homogeneity and accuracy in sample collection, thus reinforcing its laboratory analysis and quality control processes.
